1. Appointments and Cancellations
1.1 Appointment duration varies depending on consultant and speciality
1.2 Appointments can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations of appointments will not incur a charge (unless specified at the time of booking)

2. Price & Payment
2.1 The price quoted relates to a consultation only. Any medications, special dressings, vaccinations, laboratory tests or diagnostic tests will incur an additional charge
2.2 Payment for treatment received should be made in full at the time of the appointment unless being funded by one of our approved insurers
2.3 Payment can be made using cash, cheque, debit or credit card at the time of the appointment
